So much to do!!...

​A short stroll away from Seahaven is Portstewart Promenade with Morelli's award winning ice cream shop,  local shops, cafes and eateries. Also within a short walk is the magnificent coastal path which leads to Portstewart Strand, run by National Trust this is one of Irelands most beautiful beaches. There you can go Body-Boarding or just make sand-castles!

Take one of the UK's most beautiful coastal train journeys to Derry, one of only two walled cities in Ireland. Derry was awarded 'The European City of Culture' for 2013 marking it's 400th year as a city. Walk around the wall and visit a few of the many churches and museums actually accessed from the wall, and enjoy the cities cuisine. After lunch cross the newly constructed peace bridge and maybe even visit the aquarium.​

On your way to Bushmills visit Dunluce Castle and then continue on to Bushmills Whisky Distillery, where you can take the tour and sample the produce. A short stroll away from Bushmills town centre is the Steam Train which will take you to the famous Giants Causeway and newly constructed Visitor Centre.

Passing through Castle Rock town, visit Mussenden Temple on your way to Benone strand, a multiple "blue flag" award winning Beach. After which a steep drive up Bishops Road to Gortmore Viewing Point and Picnic Area, where on a clear day, you will find extensive panoramic views over Magilligan, Lough Foyle, Donegal and Scotland.

​For a rainy day visit Coleraine for the shops, Leisure Centre and Swimming Pool, and the Jet Centre which has ten-pin bowling, cinemas and restaurants.

​

​Ten minutes away from Seahaven is Portrush, famous for its Beaches, Barry's Fun Fair and the Dunluce Centre.

Another good day trip is the Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, not for the faint hearted. While your are there visit the beach at Whitepark Bay, and Port Bradon home of the smallest church in Ireland.
